Ecosurety are looking for a skilled, independent, and qualified accountant to join our accounts team (3 other people).The successful applicant must have the ability to manage multiple deadlines, be proactive over clarifying timescales and maintain a friendly,professional manner.

If this sounds like your sort of place, we hope to hear from you soon.- Improving and driving sales finance processes across the business (e.g. invoicing reconciliations, flagging issues, ownership of sales cash forecast)
- Oversight of all active buying deals; working closely with the client services and procurement teams
- Develop and drive the production of the weekly cashflow, flagging key risks to the business and ways to mitigate risk.
- Production of the management accounts and balance sheet reviews within month end timetable
- Production of the Monthly/Quarterly departmental reports
- Supporting the Financial Controller with the financial year end process
- Cover for Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Support finance team on ad hoc projects
Person Specification
- This role would suit a commercially focused individual working towards ACA/ACCA or newly qualified. Any remaining training requirements would be fully supported.
- Selfmotivated with a passion for resolving issues and getting 'into the detail' when required
- Able to communicate confidently orally and in writing.
- Strong excel skills for cashflow analysis/modelling, sales reconciliations and manipulating large data sets
- Great team working and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT skills across the Microsoft suite of packages
- Ability to manage multiple internal/external deadlines, able to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Hybrid working arrangement with office in Central Bristol
Package
- Up to £46k DOE, full time role (would consider part time)
- Permanent contract, 8hour day with flexibility
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 5 x salary life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, employee health cash plan, paid sick leave, happy to talk flexible working.
