Business Development Manager / Hybrid / £75K - £85K base + Double OTE
Looking to work for a highly established, enterprise company that plays a major role in connecting all your expenses, travel and invoice spend in one solution?


Martin and Conley are recruiting for a market-leading and constantly growing company with over 200 integrations and a wide network of account and ERP partners, based in Maidenhead.

With a global presence and offices internationally, they are looking fortheir next Business Development Manager to grow and manage external client relationships, contributing to the overall success of the business.


The Job:


  • Lead strategic business development activities
  • Partner with client representatives to drive sales for future growth
  • Winning key clients and strategically developing new business
  • Deliver new and existing business sales revenue from a SaaS license model
  • Retain new clients and new business
  • Develop business development plans with success factors and KPIs
  • Identify and close business opportunities on a target basis

What they're looking for:


  • 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience working in the Public Sector
  • Experience of working as a Business Development manager for enterprise companies
  • Strong Hunter mentality

  • Motivated and not afraid to be pushed outside of their comfort zone
  • Competitive nature with a high level of energy and selfdriven initiative
