    Construction Project Manager (London-based)

    Daily Rate:
    £ per day

    Contract Length: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirementsWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a significant construction project in London.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring its timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate and manage all project activities, including subcontractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standardsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issuesManage project documentation and maintain accurate recordsLiaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholdersRequired Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in a lead roleProven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldCSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card holderIf you are a highly motivated, results-oriented Construction Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional projects, we would love to hear from you.
