Senior Sous Chef required for this Destination Seafood Restaurant to work alongside the Head Chef. Sous chef's will cook an ingredient and seasonal mainly seafood menu with Meat dishes and along side the very finest classics / Specials

Sous chef's will be cooking for a busy dining room and a destination restaurant, working with someseriously talented seniorchefs .

Sous chef's will have a solid andprogressivebackground and in classic food all aboutflavourand simplicity, letting theingredientsdo the talking.

Senior Sous Chef's will lead a good and well versed brigade in the delivery and not just be a confident cook, knowledge of ingredients, regions and solid producers and suppliers will be the core for this Seafood led cuisine is a must as well as beinghighlyorganised and great team leaders with motivation.

Sous chef's will be cooking for lunch service and dinner, but a company culture and great brigade will ensure a good balance in a tight knit team.
