NEW - CARPENTER VACANCY

I am currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join a North London based housing provider on a temp to perm basis.

An standard DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful. You will be required to have your own van.
This is a great chance to join a growing repairs and maintenance team with long term opportunities.

The successful Carpenter will be required to:

  • Complete carpentry repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
  • Be customer focused
  • Have a plastering qualification
  • Have social housing experience

Carpenter Pay Rate:
- £26ph (umbrella rate)

Hours:

  • 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

The successful Carpenter will be supplied with:

  • PDA System
