- To advise on all aspects of family law, prepare documents and correspondence, interview clients, negotiate on behalf of clients and meet billing targets.

- To work in a flexible way to ensure that the workload is completed and to undertake any other jobs commensurate with the level of the post.
- To establish, maintain and enhance team-working with colleagues and staff of the firm
- To keep confidential all information about individuals and the business of the firm and work within the guidelines of the GDPR.
- To abide by their Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, Anti Money Laundering Policies and all other relevant policies.
- 2 years + post qualification experience in family law
- Experience of handling high-value private family matters and financial transactions
- Experience of establishing, building and sustaining professional relationships with colleagues, clients and other contacts
- Experience of managing own workload and prioritising appropriately
- Track record of meeting billing targetsQualifications and Other
- Qualified solicitor (SRA registered) or Chartered Legal Executive (Member of CILEX)
- Good understanding of Anti Money Laundering responsibilities and GDPR requirements
