Recruit Social are looking to hire exceptional Team Leader, to join our client's Children's residential home.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for all children. We like our staff to build a positive working relationship with the children and the staff.

  • Applicants must have either Level 3 Health and Social Care completed by 2015 for children and young adults or Level 4 Health and Social Care completed by 2015 for children and young adults workforce.

What are we looking for:


  • At least 1 years experience in a Team Leader role.
  • Valid DBS Certificate and Update Service.
  • Valid Drivers License and willing to drive.
  • Working 1 on 2 off shift pattern including on average 6 to 8 sleeps per month.
  • Competitive rates of pay
