Description
_Reed are working in partnership with_ a _global, well-established payment solutions company and are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join them at their site at Binley Business Park in Coventry.
_- You will be specifically dealing with Disputes & Chargebacks, _researching and resolving customer disputes and chargebacks through their credit cards. You will be performing case administration duties and liaising with customers and third partiesboth written and verbally. _
- This is a fulltime, permanent position working Monday-Friday which means NO WEEKENDS_
- All training is provided on site, so this is a perfect opportunity for everyone, whether you're an experienced individual or just starting out in the world of Customer Service. _
_Responsibilities in this role (full training provided):_
- _Building and maintaining relationships with customers and third parties_
- _Answering customer queries effectively and understandably - conveying ideas in easy-to-understand terms_
- _Gathering and analysing cardholder and/or merchant data_
- _Determining if disputed transactions are covered under federal and card provider regulations_
- _Working assignments from a queue in an accurate and timely manner_
