Do you see yourself as an entrepreneurial corporate lawyer? Would you like the opportunity to try to further develop the corporate offering for an established firm?


Our client is a boutique practice who is looking for a key individual to play strategically important roles in the firm.

This is a replacement role so you will not be required to develop a practice from scratch; the work and team are already there.

They are ideally looking for a senior corporate lawyer with private practice experience gained in the UK.

You will need experience of private equity / VC investment etc and there is very little focus on things like M & A work.


This role would perhaps suit you if you are someone who has good contacts and maybe a small following of work but perhaps don't want to set up on your own or you don't have the following required to join many other firms at partner level.

The work is for a mix of clients but the main client base is typically entrepreneurial SME/OMB clients.
