    Personal Injury Lawyer

    Bristol

    Excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join a leading regional firm in their Claimant Personal Injury team in Bristol.

    Specialising in personal injury but in particular, injuries suffered by vulnerable road users such as cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians.

    The successful Personal Injury Lawyer can expect a blend of home and home working and will be required to work from the Bristol office up to 2 days a week.

    You can expect to independently manage a varied caseload of Intermediate and Multi Track cases representing those who have suffered moderate to severe brain injuries.

    To be consider you will need to demonstrate previous experience of running your own caseload with minimal supervision. Previous experience of dealing with minor to moderate brain injuries would be advantageous. You must also possess a sound knowledge of the CPR rules with a proven ability to manage all aspects of the litigation process, from the issue of proceedings through to trial.
