Description
Tax Senior/ Manager required joining our client an Accountancy Practice located in Barnet to join their busy Tax department.The Tax Senior will be working as the first point of contact to a portfolio of client's (biased towards personal tax) and will also assist in managing a couple of Juniors with their work.
The Tax Senior role is suitable for an experienced candidate with a good breadth of experience, who lives local to Barnet and is preferably ATT/CTA qualified.
Tax Senior Position OverviewTo be responsible for undertaking the compliance for both personal and corporate clients (preparing Corporation Tax Returns, Personal Tax Returns, Trust and Estate Returns and forms P11D)
To provide adequate briefing, supervision and training for junior staff.
To provide assistance on Tax planning projects including capital gains tax, residence and domicile issues, trusts etc.
To be the first interface for tax/VAT enquiries
Tax Senior Position Requirements
Good working knowledge of Iris tax products is preferred.
To be considered for the role you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a mixed tax role.
Tax Senior Position Remuneration~9am - 5:30pm (flexible start/ finish times)
~25 days + bank holidays
~2 days a week hybrid working after a successful probationary period
