- Set up drawings and make it ready for team to work on
- Review project files for compliance with Standards/protocols
- Assisting Engineers in drawing production, producing accurate 2D & 3D models in Revit and Autocad.
- Coordinating drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other discipline.
- Helping to technically deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Liaise, communicate effectively and coordinate with Architects/Structure/BIM team members
- Good working knowledge of both Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Experience working in a building services environment
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and Public Health Engineering terminology
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- High attention to detail
- Legally able to work in the UK
- Pension 3% / 5%
