    35 hours per weekSalary:
    £30-£40k (dependent on exp.)

The RoleYou'll be responsible for maintaining and growing existing CNS digital accounts.

    Clients will vary by size, and run across various digital disciplines – it's this variety that will make the role an exciting opportunity.

    You'll be working collaboratively with the Sales Team & Digital Team across new and existing campaigns. You will help the agency to deliver customer success, satisfaction and loyalty.

    The successful candidate will take responsibility for account management, client briefs, instructing campaigns to the internal teams, working closely with the Digital Commercial Director and Digital Marketing Manager.

    Ideally you will be a strong communicator, who is willing to pull together informative presentations and deliver to clients, deliver performance reports, collate information from client briefings, and manage expectations.

    A strong understanding of client goals and needs is essential, working with the wider team to create marketing strategies for the good of the client.

    Experience working in a Digital environment is a must. If you enjoy working within a client services setting – this role is for you.

    You will be responsible for your own accounts, as well as supporting and helping to grow existing clients within the business.

    You will be liaising directly with clients and the agency's digital experts, ensuring requirements are met in full.

    The ideal candidate will have... 2+ years account management experience.
    Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategy, particularly for Google and/or Meta.
    A passion to unearth opportunities in the local and regional marketplace, utilising team capabilities.
    Fantastic organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience working with CRM and planning systems.
    Excellent communicator, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and building strong client relationships.
    Proven experience working independently and as part of a team.
    Being able to create and build full proposals, including sourcing insight, figures and market intelligence.
