The ideal candidate will:

be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school

have recent, successful experience in a primary school

possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills

have high expectations of pupils achievement

have vision, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour

be energetic

possess good communication skills

be a team player with a positive outlook willing to work across the school

have prior experience of working with children who have SEND

be driven by the needs of our children

have an ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors
