A fantastic opportunity for an Invoice Administrator to join a well-established company based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen on a full time permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to assist the existing team with identified tasks as directed by the commercial analyst.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collate cost data and backup for allocated contracts and review with relevant project staff
  • Generate reports as required by the Senior Commercial representative / Project Manager
  • Ensure data integrity & contract compliance
  • Using SAP, produce sales invoices for labour, equipment & materials in format agreed with customers, all as per BMS procedure
  • Produce monthly customer purchase order tracker
  • Assist with credit control, ensuring that DSO targets for the project are met
  • Ensure all client correspondence is filed and stored appropriately
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue and cost accruals
  • Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by the Senior Commercial representative

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in a similar high value sales invoicing role in a similar sized organisation ( not essential )
  • Industry experience in a fast paced environment ( not essential )
  • SAP experience ( not essential as training will be provided )
  • Excel skills to intermediate level
  • Demonstrable problem solver
  • Team player with ability to develop and build relationships internally & externally
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness with high levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Personable, but assertive
  • Deadline driven
