    As an Assistant Business Centre Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing sales, community engagement, operations, and financial performance at this companys newest centre.

    Supporting the Centre Manager to create a successful business centre through successful marketing and sales.
    Enhancing the customer experience through creating a supportive and service-driven culture in the centre.

    Operational Excellence:
    Deliver exceptional service, facilities, and staff training.
    Drive financial and commercial performance.
    Secure contracts for centre space and network with potential customers.
    Cultivate a collaborative community ethos within the centre.
    Provide financial management information, including billing and revenue collection.
    Monitor and report against financial targets, managing income and expenditure.
    Assist with maintaining building standards, cleanliness, health, and safety.
    Develop a culture of quality service and customer care.
    Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals in line with company strategy.

    Ideally 1 years experience assisting in running an asset of this calibre - in a Centre Manager, Hotel Management, or Property Management position.

    Previous experience in a busy office environment.
    Client and customer service focused.
    IT proficiency and Microsoft Office capabilities.
