Description

Done with working evenings and split shits? want to work during the day, and have your evening backs? We are looking for a Sous Chef to work within a friendly kitchen, providing fine dining quality food within a luxury wedding venue.

- daytime shifts

You will:

Run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
Daily ordering from suppliers, monthly stock takes
Plan and test new dishes as part of our commitment to chef training
Working alongside your Head Chef to manage the high standards of cleanliness by following daily cleaning procedures
Understand HACCP from ordering, delivery checks, temperature recording, and general management duties required for such a position
Managing our Check, it food recording through the portal (full training given)
Be aware of the allergens policy and kitchen management package
