    About the role

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a track record of high-quality academic research in the dementia field.

    The successful candidate will be working on the study: Personalised care for people living with dementia (PI: Prof Kate Walters). We will build on our novel models of personalised care in community settings that optimise equitable access, including supporting navigation of e-health systems and remote consultations. We will focus on people living with dementia who are underserved (, living alone without a carer), with low health/digital literacy and/or from ethnic minority groups.

  • Funding is available until 31 March .
  • Appointment at Grade 8.
  • This is offered at FTE (Full-time) We will consider applications to work on a part-time basis (50%).

    Applicants should have a PhD in a relevant field; an interest in and commitment to a career in dementia research; experience of applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to evaluate complex health interventions; experience of conducting research with people with dementia and their carers; and a good peer-reviewed publication record.
