**Associate Consultant- Consulting**
What You're Looking For:A brilliant Associate Consultant opportunity with a leading global insurance business, with a focus on employee benefits, insurance broking, consultancy, HR and wealth management. Delivering outstanding consultancy on the full range of employee benefitsproducts and services, in particular Group Pensions, Risk Benefits such as Life Cover and Income Protection, and Flexible Benefits and Wellness Programmes.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Associate Consultant, who can manage and develop an outstanding portfolio of clients, building excellent relationships with client contacts and insurers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work alongside experienced Consultants on larger clients to gain experience and knowledge
- Some administrative support, delegating projects to the Account Managers, while maintaining overall responsibility for client delivery
- Provide consultancy on the full range of employee benefits products and services, in particular Group Pensions, Risk Benefits such as Life Cover and Income Protection, and Flexible Benefits and Wellness Programmes
- Provide clients with information on new and existing products and services to ensure their benefits offering remains competitive
- Consult with clients to explain the potential benefits and disadvantages of various products and services
- Generate new business from existing clients by building strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor and conducting regular strategy meetings with clients
- Create, build and maintain long term client relationships, through quality of service and advice.
Qualities you possess:
- A background in employee benefits ideally within Risk and Pensions
- Experience within a customer facing role
- Good IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in a sales environment / account management
- Knowledge of the benefits landscape including group pensions, autoenrolment and group risk and healthcare
- Must be a selfstarter highly motivated by their own success.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all types of corporate clients and colleagues.
