THE ROLE: The successful Compression & Lymphology Business Development Manager will be working within hospital environments (NHS & Private) strategically selling an array of exciting Woundcare, Compression & Lymphatic products that assist with circulation, reduce lymphatic fluid build up and drainage. Typical decision makers you will talk to in hospitals include, clinicians, managers, medicine managers, tissue viability nurses and procurement managers. Your contact level will be mainly Procurement manager and formulary mangers. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive.

REQUIREMENTS: A candidate with experience selling for formularly inclusions and market access will be highly recommended for this position. Additionally, someone with woundcare experience (TVN, Theatre nurse etc.) with market access experience will be strongly considered.

The Package for Compression & Lymphology BDM:
· Basic: £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience
· Bonus: £12,000 uncapped
· Car: Car allowance
