    Description

    We are recruiting for an Engagement and Wellbeing Lead for the CP7 Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE).

    The Engagement and Wellbeing Lead will play a pivotal role in evolving our approach to EDI, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives within the Southern Integrated Delivery (SID).

    You'll be working on.... (what your role and responsibility is)

    • Develop and evolve the EDI Strategy and Plan in consultation with stakeholders.
    • Lead the formulation and implementation of Engagement and Wellbeing Strategy and Plan.
    • Oversee processes and tools for engagement and EDI, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Manage the budget for engagement activities and secure funding for future needs.
    • Maintain the People Function SharePoint page, ensuring information is up-to-date.
    • Coordinate pulse surveys and implement changes based on feedback.
    • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to create a calendar of events.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement events in liaison with the SID Communications Manager.
    • Lead the Engagement and Wellbeing Steering Group with representatives across SID.
    • Evolve Engagement and Wellbeing Strategy and Plan.
    • Evolve EDI Strategy and Plan.
    • Implementation of Engagement and Wellbeing Calendar of Events.
    • Implementation of Key Engagement Initiatives.
