- Campaigning for issues around personal safety such as taxi and minicab safety
- Education: Training on workplace safety
- Support: We manage the National Stalking Helpline which supports thousands of victims of stalking each year
- Assisting with the data input into our new customer database – Salesforce training will be provided
- Gathering information from customers ahead of planned training courses
- Gathering feedback and testimonials from previous customers – opportunity to assist with reports and presentation of data to wider team
- Opportunity to attend exhibitions with Suzy Lamplugh Trust to gain experience speaking to a range of potential customers
- Various ad hoc tasks as required
- Practical and pragmatic
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Positive and confident phone manner
