Warwick. Office based.
Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30 (rotation shift) 37.5 hours p/w
Reed Specialist Recruitment are representing a well-established company within the Warwickshire area.
Due to an internal business improvement project, our client is looking to recruit 2 x Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis, to help support theexisting Customer Service department.
Supporting the Customer Service team,
duties will include:
- Promoting our client's products and services
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Operating internal systems/administration duties
- Liaising with internal departments and external companies
Person specification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience within outbound calls and customer retention is advantageous, but not essential.
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Tenacious and customer focused.
- Embrace new ways of working.
