    The Role

    • For all new loan applications, input all details and documents into Salesforce
    • Request missing information and ensure file completion
    • Conduct Credit checks on both the business and business owner(s), AML/KYC checks via Experian, and any further background checks
    • Conduct fraud checks via CIFAS
    • Load PDF Bank Statements into MoneyThumb, and analyse bank statements to assess against our credit policy
    • Initial qualification based on information received from required documents
    • Submit applications for underwriting

    Complete further verifications as required (Open Banking, Charge verifications, Companies House, Internet searches, Financial accounts, Aged Debtor reports, etc)

    • Strong communicator with clear speech and writing
    • Good mathematical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ideally experienced in working with financial data
    • Meticulous analyst who tracks details and understands their impact on the approval process
    • Confident about the ultimate value of his/her decisions
    • Active learner interested in applying Company standards to transactions
    • Effective team player with the ability to work independently, exercise initiative and take ownership of projects
    • Commitment to continuous improvement

    • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype and Internet proficiency

    The Opportunities

    Given this is an early stage business there will be significant opportunities for career progression for the right individual. In time this role may evolve to a Team leadership role within the Operations division, or Underwriting role as we look to build up that function.
