    Role Overview: As Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the business. Your responsibilities include leading and coaching a Sales Associate team in our dynamic boutique, providing exquisite customer service, and daily operational management alongside the Store Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Training & Coaching: Coordinate and execute staff training and inductions with the Concession Manager.
    • Team Leadership: Engage daily with the Supervisor and management team, providing mentorship through leadership and coaching.
    • Stock Management: Oversee stock deliveries, planning, and execution of stock takes and inventories to meet customer demand.
    • Reporting & Administration: Conduct timely and accurate reporting of incidents, trade, and HR procedures.
    • Customer Service: Address customer complaints efficiently, making decisive actions in the General Manager's absence.
    • Merchandising: Ensure the boutique adheres to company standards in presentation and merchandise.
    • Creative Input: Collaborate with in-store VM and General Manager on innovative business-relevant ideas.
    • Staff Training: Conduct routine internal system training for staff.
    • Procedure Compliance: Ensure staff alignment with company and store procedures.
    • Rota Planning: Assist in planning staff rotas and managing absences.
    • Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Substantial experience in luxury retail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
    • Commercial awareness.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resulting in strong customer and team relationships.
    • Positive management style, effective communication, and delivery of challenging messages.
    • Motivation and commitment with a proactive attitude.
    • Consistent professional appearance with a unique style.

    Performance Measurement: Success in this role is measured by achieving daily and monthly sales targets, passing mystery shopper assessments, and receiving positive performance reviews based on company values, teamwork, process adherence, and improvement in identified areas.
