    About the Role

    City Halls are responsible for the operational management and event delivery of all activity within Croxteth Hall, Liverpool Town Hall and St Georges Hall. City Halls have huge ambitions for the future with an exciting portfolio of events to deliver.

    As we are "One Team" you will be required to work across any of the City Halls portfolio at this exciting stage in our growth therefore we are looking for a flexible and active individual to join our Venue Support Team to be part of this transformational journey .

    The role is 21 hrs per week and as this is a part-time post the salary will be pro-rata to reflect this, however during peak seasons you will have the opportunity to work additional hours.

    The successful applicant will understand the importance of a positive team culture and be a proven team player; you'll be friendly and ready to get immersed in the busy and dynamic event season. You will assist in the day to day operational delivery of the Halls, providing and delivering exceptional service to visitors and clients at all times

    The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience of working in a fast paced, often pressurised but exciting environment.
  • You will be an adaptable, operational hands on person, highly motivated with a passion for proving excellent customer service.
  • You will assist with the supervision of 3rd party personnel on site, ensuring they are signed in and compliant with Security and Health & Safety procedures.
  • You will be an excellent ambassador for City Halls, welcoming, respectful, good communicator, team player and of smart appearance.
  • You will work closely with the Venue Supervisors, Venue & Event Managers to develop healthy working relationships.
  • Processes are at the core of operations; you will work efficiently and be pro-active to ensure that operational performance is prioritised.
  • The needs of this busy venue are fluid; this is not a 9am-5pm / Monday to Friday role. You agree to work flexibly over a 7 day week when required, which may include unsociable hours, weekends and bank holidays.

    You will work flexibly across Liverpool Town Hall, St. Georges Hall, Croxteth Country Park to support the delivery of scheduled activity when required.

    You will take personal pride and maintain a high standard of professional appearance whilst on duty. This role is not Agile and you will be required to be predominantly based in the work place."
