Description
Working for a successful expanding business as part of a team, this is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700.
Duties:
- First point of contact for client's general queries and passing on to relevant team member
- Gain a broad understanding of product and procedures, paperwork and systems that need to be followed
- Keeping records of client's details, updating, scanning on to inhouse records, support in completing written documents and relevant paperwork
- Learn our new network CRM system a training induction course (online) will be given with continual support.
- Keying in details to an accurate and detailed level, with an eye for detail
- Help to prepare compliant reports
- Diary management of advisers, coordinating appointments/bookings, making zoom appointments between them and clients
- Prepare client reviews for advisors, keeping records of when these are due.
- Prepare for review meetings and updating presentations for the advisers
- Ensure fact finds, client questionnaires, paperwork and meeting notes are fully present and correct
Experience:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Good IT skills and have a good working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A good level of numeracy and literacy along with strong attention to detail
