You need to interpret case law in respect of Credit Hire recovery and have good knowledge of liability disputes. Be able to work in a target driven, challenging environment with excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills.

  • To consistently identify areas for concern and ways to improve.
  • Maintain a high standard of knowledge to assist with problem solving within the department.
  • Control your individual case load and all outstanding queries in a timely manner.
  • Deal with any problemsolving issues within your role and raise awareness where necessary to your team leader.
  • Using all available evidence to resolve liability disputes in our client's favour.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ensure a high level of excellent customer service from the department at all times.
  • You will need:
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience using Proclaim system is a distinct advantage
  • Ability to manage time effectively, both yours and your team, and to review trends in the marketplace
  • Ability to work under pressure and be proactive
  • Excellent communication, organisational and team development skills
  • Problem solving skills that demonstrate good judgement and sound decision making
Experience working within the Accident Management Industry, is essential.

We would prefer an experienced Manager but would consider somebody ready to step up who is ready to "really go for it".

Ultimately it will be your team and the results will be your responsibility.


Skills and attributes required:

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organisational, problem solving and preplanning skills
  • Experience working in the accident management industry, motor trade or insurance arena
  • Experience using proclaim system
  • GTA and liability Knowledge
  • Excellent IT skills, good knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
