- Fabricating chassis, structural beams/columns and other components
- Welding preparation work
- Cutting and shaping steel and building materials
- Ensuring internal supply of products and materials is of high quality
- Maintaining high standards of quality
- Following work health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within individual work areas
- Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a welder in a construction and/or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and building products
- Ability to read/interpret plans and specifications to determine dimensions, materials required and installation processes
- Strong focus on safety and quality control
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
- Construction Induction Card
- Valid drivers licence
- High risk forklift ticket (desired but not essential)

We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.
Our boilermakers perform multiple welding and metal fabrication tasks and play an integral role within our manufacturing and build process, being responsible for the delivery of high-quality work across a range of Fleetwood projects.
This position is based at our High Wycombe facility and is a full time role, Monday to Friday, with the option to work Saturday's when required.
