Are you an ambitious and driven Commercial Property Lawyer with expertise in dealing within development matters seeking the next step within your career? This leading Legal 500 rated practice is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer with experiencein handling development matters.

The appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be joining a skilled team of development lawyers and be working with a broad range of clients on a variety of development sectors.

This is an exciting chance to use your existingknowledge and build your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

THE CANDIDATE:


The firm would like to speak to you if you are an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive and have a strong record in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property law with a particular focus on development matters.

You will have handled your own caseloadin a previous role, prior experience of client interaction is essential.

Suitable Commercial Property Lawyers will have at least 5 years
PQE in dealing with a full and varied caseload of real estate matters.

As the team work very closely, you will have a provenability to take an adaptive approach to work and offer support across the department.
