Salary:
Circa £50,000 - £65, % Bonus

My client rapidly is a rapidly growing organisation who offer investment, hedge fund and payment solutions to corporate clients.

As a result of their significant growth and to support their ambitious plans for the next few years they are recruiting for anambitious Marketing Manager to perform a stand-alone role in their Central London offices.


  • Undertake the whole range of B2B marketing activities from creating a strategy to support sales growth to ensuring daily content is produced to the highest standards
  • Recommend, design and implement key marketing initiatives in the UK
  • Lead a website redevelopment project with their outsourced web development partner
  • Lead on SEO and SEM strategies and execution
  • Create brand guidelines and work with the business to ensure the highest standards are maintained on business communication and social media platforms
  • Manage all social media platforms ensuring frequent engaging content
  • Create and deliver a Marketing strategy to support their growth
  • Work with the business to create marketing material and campaigns that support Sales strategies
  • Monthly updates on marketing spend and ROI on campaigns and activity
  • Contribute to internal communications to ensure staff are kept uptodate and engaged
  • Creating their monthly client update and other marketing collateral
  • Editing their daily customer communications ensure the content that is written by their Analyst team is attractive and accessible in style

Person Specification

  • Demonstrable breadth of experience as a Marketing Executive or Manager within the B2B Financial Services industry
  • This role is ideally suited to a handson individual who will execute daytoday tactical marketing, whilst also creating and executing a longerterm Marketing strategy
  • Enthusiasm, passion and drive to want to develop yourself and a marketing strategy in a standalone role; there is an appetite to grow the Marketing team as success is evidenced
  • Experience of creating engaging content for products / services
