The Supply Room is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a team in Wareham, Dorset.

This permanent position offers a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract, providing you with stability and the opportunity to grow within the organization from day one.

As a Teaching Assistant in a specialist school, you will have the rewarding responsibility of supporting students with a diagnosis of Autism between 16 to 25 years.

The curriculum focuses on a range of activities such as Horticulture, Pottery, Equine Therapy, Farm School, Online Retail, and Life Skills.

You will work closely with students on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, helping them to develop essential skills and achieve their full potential.

We are looking for individuals who possess previous experience, training, qualifications, or knowledge in Childcare, Education, Health & Social Care.

Punctuality and reliability are essential qualities for this role.

The working hours are Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.00pm), and the position is available for an immediate start.

The pay rate for this role is £80 - £85 per day, providing a competitive and fair compensation for the important work you will be doing.
