  • Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a adaptable and hardworking individual to join a Professional Services Office based in Birmingham City Centre. As Facilities Administrator you will be required to be flexible and happy to get involved with allelements of the Office Facilities and Building Services team._

Key duties and responsibilities:


  • Reception and client care providing high level of service to clients, stakeholders, colleagues and suppliers
  • Ensuring staff kitchen is kept clean, purchasing provisions as/when required and dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
  • Business administration conducting relevant checklists and reporting any issues, assisting with H&S tasks and dealing with contractors
  • Marketing assisting at events, dealing with group invoices, website positing and assisting with social medial content and posts
  • Attend regular staff meetings, ensuring the implementation and accurate records and compliance

The ideal Facilities Administrator would:

- have experience working within an office environment
- be well-presented, positive, personable, intelligent, excellent communicato
- have excellent communication skills, confident liasing with internal and external stakeholders
- be happy working fulltime in the office from 9-6pm
