From sourcing potential clients to finalising project accounts, you'll be involved in every aspect of project management.

Your responsibilities will include site supervision, resource management, cost control, quality assurance, programming, and client communication.30pm due to the nature and locations of contracts (Monday-Friday).Any overtime i.e., weekends and night work must be agreed with the Managing Director.

Strong industry knowledge and relevant experience in a similar positionAbility to manage multiple projects ranging from £5k to £500kExperience in surfacing, groundworks, thermoplastic road marking, and fencing operations (advantageous)Valid driving licence is essential for this roleCSCS Supervisor/Manager Card is essentialExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureCommitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfactionWhat can you expect in return?In return for your hard work and expertise, we offer a competitive salary, company car, and a generous benefits package.
