- 10+ years experience as a Technical Director or Director of Engineering
- Leadership experience in setting strategic direction. Outstanding organizational skills and ability.
- Experience managing a production team ideally externally—experience with medium-large teams or development studios within the video game industry within one location and globally.
- An understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools, and approaches and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team.
- Experience delivering multiple high-quality entertainment experiences, understanding the motivations of your player base, and can assess innovation to deliver upon expectations.
