This is a 4 day per week role
6-month contract (possibility for extension)

£500 per day PAYE


The Role


LHH is partnered with a global Tech and Logistics giant who are currently looking for VAT Manager to join a well-established team which is responsible for VAT advisory for both on-going business activities carried out in the UK, as well as new initiativeswith occasional EU business projects.


The contractor must have:


  • Minimum 6 years technical VAT experience
  • Recognised professional tax qualification, chartered accountant or relevant law degree
  • Demonstrable VAT experience with a global consulting firm, law firm or bluechip commercial organisation
  • Indepth VAT technical knowledge (on both UK and crossborder VAT, with a postBrexit exposure)
  • Previous experience in the Retail and/or ecommerce sectors, including product UK VAT liability determination, would be desirable
  • VAT advisory experience within big 4 would be an advantage
  • Excellent English, verbal and written, language skills
