    Description

    We're looking for an experienced PA to support our multi-award winning CEO and Board of Directors in Middlesbrough (UK), home to the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline and countryside.

    This is a permanent, full time opportunity; Some on-call / out of hours work may be required when necessary as well as UK and international travel.

    We're happy to consider a hybrid working arrangement for this position (3 days at the office and 2 days working from home).

    As a global gaming company, we've helped millions to fight their way through fearsome mobs in Minecraft Dungeons, battle each other and the environment in Rust Console Edition as well as worked with Bethesda Game Studios to craft new adventures for Vault Dwellers around the world in Fallout 76.

    Most recently, we worked with Rockstar Games to bring the beloved western experience Red Dead Redemption and its horror companion Undead Nightmare together for the first time on the Nintendo Switch and modern PlayStation systems.

    We can support UK relocation and have a dedicated People team on standby to assist you and your family with every step to us.

    No agency support is required on this occasion and we're unable to sponsor a visa for this role.

    Provide administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors as required, including conducting research, preparing presentations and assisting with projects and ad hoc requests
    Expert Time and Task Management

    Adeptly manage various forms of communication, such as emails, phone calls and other correspondence with utmost professionalism and discretion
    Help to coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation and distribution of relevant materials. Work with our UK & KL Operations teams to help coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and visa arrangements, ensuring seamless travel experiences for the CEO and the Board of Directors

    Proven experience as a Personal Assistant directly supporting a CEO preferably in a fast-paced and unpredictable or creative environment
    Expert Time and Task Management

    Flexible and thorough approach to work with the tenacity and strong execution skills to follow tasks and projects through to completion and/or a positive resolution
    Proven excellent time and management skills as well as experience prioritising competing high priority, time sensitive tasks
    Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and calendar management systems
    35 working hours per week with a flexible 1 hour lunch break
