This is a new role for the business and the successful candidate will be key in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

Coordinating and scheduling meetings, organising any related travel, and ensuring the provision of all related information in a timely manner.

Supporting with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing mail, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
When required, monitoring email accounts, ensuring seamless communication between the executive office and external stakeholders.
Supporting with general office management and internal communications as and when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
