- Supervising managing agents on property management duties
- Conducting property inspections and tenant meetings
- Approving and evaluating service charge budgets with managing agents
- Executing estate initiatives alongside managing agents
- Reviewing tenant alteration requests
- Monitoring arrears in collaboration with managing agents
- Managing insurance administration and coordination
- Supporting ESG reporting (e.g., EPCs, GRESB submissions)
- Delivering weekly internal reports to the Tritax team
- Minimum of 5 years experience and a proven track record in property management
- Thorough understanding of Landlord & Tenant work and legislation
- Preferably MRICS qualified, though not mandatory
- Likely to have received training and worked at a leading consultancy
- Demonstrable organizational skills, methodical nature, with established systems for efficient reporting
- Efficient, dedicated, with a proactive mindset and systematic approach
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and diverse team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptable, flexible, and proactive approach
