Data Administrator

3 months contract

Salary:
£14/hour


Responsibilities:


  • Processing and checking all new commercial account requests submitted to the Account Management team, to confirm that all relevant fields have been completed accurately and that Salesforce CRM records are correct.
  • Maintain records of data validation activities, account information.
  • Collaborate with Data Supervisors, Data Editors, Data operation Manager and Ranking Project Owner to escalate/ resolve data issues.
  • Meet data validation targets.
  • Maintain a high level of internal customer service and data accuracy.
  • Provide support for data queries and administrative tasks.
  • Where required customer service calls will be required to be made to support institution with the data collection cycle.

Experience required:


  • Experience with using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer support experience
  • Data entry skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work independently as well as working in a team
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with change and growth
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to process a high volume of transactions with proficiency, accuracy, and integrity.
