    Job Title: Data Analyst

    Location: Manchester (Northern Quarter), Hybrid 2 days from home.

    Salary: upto £35,000

    The Role

    As a Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth and performance.

    What you'll be doing?

    Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources using SQL to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

    Utilise Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimisation.

    Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualisations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key metrics and insights effectively.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

    Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support various business initiatives and processes.

    Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving issues as needed.

    What you'll bring to the table

    Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics or related field.

    Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

    Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 for web analytics and tracking.

    Proficiency in either Tableau or Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualisations.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

    Familiarity (not essential) with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modelling and machine learning.

    Some knowledge of programming languages (Python preferred)
