- Maintaining, filing and organisation of project documents (both electronic and/or hardcopies)
- Manage the flow of documentation within the Practice
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team and external parties
- Reviewing documents and making revisions for accuracy as required
- Quality & compliance checks on documents
- Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
- Creating document templates
- Retrieve files as requested
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
- Administer requests for information
- Carry out other relevant duties as required
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller
- Knowledge of construction electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail / Ability to spot errors
- Filing and organisation skills for document storage
- Typing accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Description
Our client, an international architecture practice who have recently opened a studio in London, are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their team. You will work with a team of hardworking and talented designers who are working on some landmark projects in the UAE and Europe.
The role will be instrumental within the Practice, and will see you initially focussing on an exciting, high end hospitality projects in the Middle East.
This is a permanent role, ideally to be based out their offices in Marylebone 5 days a week, however there could be some flexibility.
