    Administration & Accounts Assistant Location:
    Ilford, London

    Contract type:
    Permanent, full-time in the office

    A reputable construction company, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration & Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

    If you are an experienced administrator with skills in Sage 50, Xero, or Quickbooks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing and recording of financial data.
    To excel in this role, you should have an understanding of accounting principles and experience using accounting software. Full training will be provided.

    Input data for the preparation of payroll for approximately 90 staff, making any deductions for sickness.
    Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
    Update and input subcontractor invoices creating reports to send to auditors.
