    We are working with arguably one of the most prestigious studios in London on an incredibly exciting new hire This agency work with some of the most recognisable names in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle space, facilitating shoots, events, campaigns and creative across a 360 approach.

    My client are looking for a dynamic and organized Studio Manager with a passion for events and photography to oversee their studio operations and contribute to the success of their projects. This role requires a blend of managerial expertise, event coordination skills, and proficiency in photography to ensure the smooth functioning of their studio spaces and the delivery of high-quality services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
    • Coordinate and execute studio events, including workshops, photo shoots, and client meetings, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure all aspects of studio projects and events are delivered to the highest standards.
    • Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory management to ensure efficient studio operations.
    • Utilize photography skills to support photo shoot productions, including setting up lighting, capturing images, and post-processing as needed.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to studio staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in studio management and event coordination
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
    • Proficiency in photography techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for studio events.
    • Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
