With a focus on protecting a business with over 200,000 professionals worldwide the UK Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team works closely with business leadership + stakeholders to understand their business model and roadmap for technology, acting as the primary interface between the business and the global security organisation

The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager for our Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team. As a pivotal figure, you will serve as the primary liaison between business leadership and the global security organization. Your role is instrumental in aligning business objectives with security strategy and ensuring ongoing policy compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business senior leadership.
Gain deep insights into business strategy, operations, and priorities to align security measures effectively.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for business teams.
Lead security projects and hygiene sprints.
Identify and mitigate information security risks, collaborating with dedicated teams.
Guide business teams through security assessment processes and provide risk guidance.
Foster security awareness and best practices among business teams.
Provide line management and coaching for team members.
Collaborate closely with BISO Team Leader, UK CISO, and Deputy CISO on key projects.


Requirements:

Proven experience in senior information security or cyber roles.

Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).Interest in business models and operating environments.
