Electrical Shift Engineer - Continental Shift - Commercial Bank - Cannon Street, London - Package of £51,000 Per annum

My client is looking for an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial bank in Cannon Street, London.

The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
Continental Shift - 4 nights, 4off, 3 days, 3 nights, 6off, 4 days - 07:00am - 19:00pm / 19:00am - 07:00am
