  • Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment_ are recruiting an
    Events and Administration Assistant on behalf of a leading construction partner in Sunderland at an exciting time of growth. This role will support the organisation's Events team and will also provide administration services to sector theme groups, as well as adhoc support to the Chief Executive.

Key Responsibilities include:
-


  • Event Administration sourcing venues, booking of individuals onto the events, delegate packs.
  • Invoicing ensuring invoices are sent for events, membership & chasing payments.
  • Managing the Club membership database liaising with members, ensuring their certificates are sent.
  • General admin duties.

Skills, Knowledge and experience required:
-


  • To be able to manage workload and prioritise dependant on deadlines.
  • A creative 'cando' attitude.
  • Be able to work as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to operate in a busy environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • At least 2 years Administration experience required or working towards a Business Administration Level 3 or above.
  • You will be initially assigned to this role through Adkins & Cheurfi on a temporary basis (maternity cover) which could lead to a permanent position through the end hirer. _

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£11.50 per hour
