Sales Manager Technology £100k OTE
Fantastic new opportunity would suit a technically-minded sales manager. They are engineering a product utilised by large organisations and research institutes worldwide to test materials. We're increasing our unique software and system Electronics Hardwaredevelopment. Expanding our commercial staff to fuel growth.

We need a results-driven, experienced, and collaborative technical sales leader to improve the sales process.


Prospecting and closing strategic clients will be a priority, as will supporting the technical team's product demos and industrial trials.

This is a chance to work in a dynamic start-up environment and build new processes and sales.


A track record of hitting sales targets is necessary, as is the skill and willingness to lead a sales team.


  • Close deals quickly to meet sales goals.
  • Prioritise offers to maximise sales efficiency.
  • Develop and implement winning deal strategy.
  • Support product demos and industrial trials with the technical team.
Develop, refine, and implement creative prospecting strategies.

  • Contribute ideas, leadership, and execution to the sales process.
  • Provide marketing and product development teams with information on consumer wants, problems, and opportunities.
A background in technology is essential - Software or Electronics/Hardware
