Salary:
To be discussed, depending on experience


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm (Will consider part time hours)


Holiday entitlement:33 days per year, inclusive of bank holidays.

About the Role


We are looking for a confident administrator with great communication and organisational skills as well as a passion for supporting colleagues.

The core function of the role is to assist our Surveyors in producing property and land valuations, including carrying out local authority, planning and environmental searches.

You will also have a pivotal role in managing a workstream of bid requests and instructions from the Central Valuation Network Services Scheme.

You will get involved in organising property management tasks, such as scheduling planned and unplanned maintenance and obtaining proposals for works, organising property inspections with tenants, writing inspection reports, processing invoices and payment follow-up and the preparation of plans and sales particulars.

For the right person there is opportunity to add value beyond the core purpose of the role.


Person Specification
You will have past experience of working in an administrative position.

As the key point of contact with clients, landlords, tenants, contractors and the general public you will be a confident communicator with a strong sense of customer focus and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise you own work.


A keen eye for detail is crucial as you will be managing all manner of written correspondence including editing surface errors.


Excellent IT skills are essential as you will be using a number of different property management systems and a high level of confidence using MS Word and Excel would be an advantage.
