Description

This is an exciting contract for Capita to administer Key Stage One, Key Stage Two and Phonics National Curriculum Tests for the Standards and Testing Agency.

Capita is responsible for ensuring schools in England have enough test

papers for all Key Stage One and Two pupils to take the annual tests in May each year.

Capita will also recruit and manage Markers to mark Key Stage Two tests and publish results in July each year.

To assist in the provision of this service Capita are looking to recruit a Head of Data & MI.
STA. To successfully deliver the MI and data requirements for the
STA account. To ensure demand is managed, planned, resourced and

delivered as per operational/client requirements.

To act as the focal point for all key stakeholders in matters relating to the provision of data and MI services.

Reporting to the Client Group BI Lead, the Head of Data & MI will support the
STA Programme delivering BI and MI to allow operations and the client to make effective decisions.

The post holder will therefore be required to have in-depth understanding of line management, ability to understand the discipline of MI and Data and have excellent leadership capability, experience.

Ensuring all demand is managed and delivered as per contractual, financial and welfare requirements.

**What you will be doing:

Leadership and line management responsibility of both team leaders and technical staff required to fulfil the contractual needs of the respective account(s) within the
STA account.
Accountable for the scoping, planning and delivery of MI & Data for the
STA Programme
Lead SME on the endtoend Data journey
Strong stakeholder management with the client and internal operations
Capacity planning and tracking of Data & MI deliverables.
Collaboration with
STA programme leaders
Managing and reporting the delivery of operational and contractual requirements and obligations
Leadership and management of key technical delivery resources
Conduit for the senior leaders of Capita

Knowledge of BI tools and data manipulation techniques
Documenting strategies and architectural designs
